• We use commercial quality oil and water based polyurethane
• We use state-of-the-art sanding equipment
• We use cross cutting method to insure floors are level
• Our sanding crews are trained in floor repair

FINISHING

• We use specialized crews trained only in coating floors
• We use only industrial grade floor finishes
• We have quality cleaning products and chair pads available
• We provide care and maintenance instructions
• We use state-of-the-art vacuums and applicators

NEW CONSTRUCTION

• We currently provide services to over 40 reputable home builders
• We offer advice to new home builders on the selection of their new floor
• We install custom borders and medallions
• We meet all builders schedules for closing dates

RESIDENTIAL REMODEL

• All customers are provided with a list of references
• All customers are given a written estimate and contract
• All equipment has dust containment
• Dust minimization is done before any work is started
• We work with plumbers and carpet installers for all gas and water line disconnect and reconnect as well as carpet retucks
• Tear out and disposal of flooring is available
• Insurance claim work welcome
